Office, happiness of the day Napoleon III XIXth

Unique piece ! Superb office / happiness of the day napoleon iii, nineteenth century. In blackened and gilded wood, it is composed of two drawers as well as a removable shelf supported by two columns (the columns fit into the tray and into the shelf) the feet are joined by a spacer. The pediment presents in medallion the decoration of a carved child. In very good condition for its age, the left drawer slides and closes correctly while the right one slides but no longer closes (misses the key) The tray has a small scratch on the surface near the edge (see photo). The top of the pediment at the top right is not complete (see photo) An exceptional piece because of its rarity and its state of conservation. The joys of napoleon III day are extremely difficult to find. The shelf and the two columns will be removed when shipping the furniture to facilitate delivery and avoid any accident.
