Beautiful set of 6 vintage silver metal knife holders in the shape of a sausage dog/dachshund. Original cardboard box. There is no hallmark on this type of item which nonetheless remains of good quality. It is likely a white metal (alloy) coated with a thin layer of real silver which makes it more resistant to tarnishing and corrosion. Common for this type of table accessories (1960s) unsigned. Good condition. Some traces of tarnishing and lack of shine in places. The box shows signs of wear: the plastic part is damaged and the cardboard is also worn.
