Large serving dish Sarreguemine, nineteenth century thorns model

Magnificent serving dish of sarreguemines u&c (utzschneider et cie), model "thorn", purple decoration dating from the 19th century. The decoration of flowers and ribbons of great finesse is of japanese inspiration. The contours are slightly and beautifully twisted. This dish of more than 100 years has yellowed a little over time and a crack is visible (photo) but it remains an exceptional piece.
