Oil painting on hardboard by the painter Domenico Seloski (1924-1981), born in Livorno with frame size 60x50 DOMENICO SELO – SELOSKI (1924-1981). Of Russian origin, his surname was Selosky, which his father changed to Selo at the beginning of the 20th century and later adopted as a painter. He lived in Livorno, where he ran an art gallery, and is known throughout Italy. His first solo exhibition took place in Paris in 1959. His paintings often depict night landscapes, dark tones, and shadows.
