Charming and full of nostalgia, these 4 soup plates combine the blue gingham pattern with lovely little red cherries, in a typically country style of yesteryear. We imagine them perfectly on a farm table, a family home buffet or during a lunch in the garden, under an arbour. We love the central gingham pattern, both graphic and comforting, the naive cherry bunches, as if embroidered on an old tablecloth and their hollow silhouette, ideal for soups, salads or red fruits. These old earthenware plates are not stamped, but bear the traces of simple and robust craftsmanship, probably from the 60s. Good vintage condition, decoration in good condition, some fine cracks in the enamel, gingham pattern a little faded and a hairline crack on one plate (see photos). Diameter 21.5 cm, height 3.5 cm. Pair with floral tableware, colorful glassware, or linen napkins for a 100% country house feel.
