Marine "Evening in Cap d'Antibes" signed around 1950

Ancient painting (mid-century) made in oil on canvas depicting a navy entitled on the back "Evening in the Cap d'Antibes". The work is beautifully crafted, made with a knife, very beautiful luminosity and material effects. A very light cleaning could be considered but really nothing annoying (everything is visible on photos, contractual). Signed, to decipher, obviously not the work of an amateur ...
