They feature the sought-after traditional "blue rose" decoration and olive green foliage on a very bright mustard yellow background, a masterful reinterpretation of the historical style of Montpellier. Each plate is distinguished by its delicately scalloped and wavy edge. Entirely shaped and hand-painted, they are unique: the brush strokes vary subtly from piece to piece, which adds to the charm of artisanal earthenware. All plates bear the handwritten signature of the workshop "MF" (Matet France / La Tolosane) on the back, as well as the decoration number.
