Stoneware candle holder vase

Original stoneware vase/candle holder, signed La Hulotte. Handmade. With handle. Height 22 cm. Vase diameter 7 cm. Excellent condition. —- Handcrafted from father to son since 1955. Stoneware. At La Hulotte pottery, we revive a long tradition of beautiful and useful folk ceramics. Our pieces are handmade, using wheel throwing and hand-building techniques, with clay from La Borne, a natural stoneware clay. After decoration and drying, our pieces are glazed with wood ash and fired in a single firing at 1300° Celsius.
