Vintage walnut chest of drawers, splayed legs, circa 1950s.

Vintage chest of drawers from the 1950s. This piece is made of walnut and rests on tapered legs. It features three large clean drawers, with their original brass-coloured handles. Each drawer is functional and measures: L: 63.5 cm x D: 34 cm x H: 15 cm. Note: The bottom right drawer has a slight resistance when closing, but this should diminish with use (see photo). The chest of drawers is in good overall original condition and vintage, with some marks and signs of wear from time and use across the entire structure, the top, the drawers, the panels, the handles, and the legs (see photos). There are a few slight areas of discolouration, as well as an aged patina. A small mark is visible at the bottom right of the lower drawer, along with a slight crack from age at the top left and right of the same drawer (see photos). Signs of old woodworm are present on the upper part of the back of the chest of drawers (see photo), as one might expect, but they have been fully treated. This piece is solid and stable.
