Superb set of 2 antique flat plates made of ironstone, "Marguerite" pattern, published by the Grand Dépôt de Porcelaines & Faïences, Paris & Marseille. A delicate decoration of brown flowers typical of the late 19th century, featuring refined floral graphics and a lovely geometric frieze on the rim. Condition: good overall condition for their age, natural patina with usage cracks and a small chip on the edge of one plate (see photo). Dimensions: diameter 24.5 cm|height 2.5 cm. Total weight: approx. 1.2 kg.
