Vintage chair by A. R. Cordemeyer for Gispen Editions

Office chair, model "2225", designed by Dutch designer André Robert Cordemeyer in the 1960s for Gispen editions. A. R. Cordemeyer is one of the great visionary designers of the 20th century, creating simple, practical, aesthetic and functional furniture. Chrome metal, white moulded plastic shell and blue-grey mottled fabric bring elegance, comfort and finesse to the chair. Fully restored, high quality foams and furnishingfabric, "Quinto" model, manufactured by the Italian editions Chivasso. French creation, unique model. Very nice condition, slight marks of time but the chair retains all its solidity, charm and authenticity. Size: Height 78cm x Seat height 46cm x Width 60cm x Depth 52cm.
