HST painting "Country part with bell tower" signed 19th century

Painting made in oil on canvas (late 19th century, very beginning of the last century) mounted. Very beautiful diaphanous light on this view of a village with a bell tower in the countryside. The work is signed (to be deciphered), clean and healthy pictorial layer, good state of conservation (almost invisible precise retouching (everything is visible in the photos).
