Round plate Céranord - Ondine

This dish from the Céranord factory in Saint-Amand bears the swan mark and the model name "Ondine" inscribed in beautiful cursive on the back. Its rim is adorned with a twisted rope design, created using a stencil in a deep fir green that contrasts with the bright white of the earthenware. The centre is highlighted by fine raised circles, giving the whole piece a simple and elegant appearance. It has a slight seaside feel, reminiscent of a cruise ship and an old-fashioned bistro. Like all tableware that has been used, it shows small signs of wear, a few stains, and a slight chip on the edge, which tell its story. Ideal for setting a lovely vintage table, serving a dessert, or completing a collection of French earthenware.
