Set 10 plates with godrons in English iron earth 1950

Supremely elegant English shape - shallow, short and not very raised marli - dense and heavy solid material, the 4 clamps of the godrons and the fleshy and curled hem made for light. Elegant but without the fragility of the French iron lands, they bear the traces of a love use, a tiny brilliance and small imperfections of manufacture. Each plate was photographed, one by one. Diameter 24,5cm. Hollow plates are also available.
