Large Art Deco round vase in frosted blue glass - 1930

Superb large French Art Deco round vase, made around 1930 in moulded-pressed frosted azure glass. Its beautiful frosted blue colour captures the light and particularly highlights its rich floral decoration in high relief, composed of large stylised flowers reminiscent of hydrangeas or chrysanthemums amidst dense foliage. This is a large, heavy, and generous model, with a very beautiful decorative presence. The base bears the moulded relief inscription "MADE IN FRANCE", characteristic of French productions intended for export during the interwar period. The frosted glass has a superb satin surface and retains all its translucency. In very good antique condition: no chips, no nicks, or cracks.
