Rare, magnificent old pot or large bowl, 20th century, artisanal yellow stoneware, hand-turned, French manufacture, traditional Puisaye stoneware. Interior and upper part enameled brown, light metallic luster, raw bottom and underside. Stamped with a 5 upside down under one of the edges. Round shape, relatively high, with 2 handles, ears, horizontal groove under the handles, turned-up edge. Brutalist, rustic, very decorative appearance. 18.5cm max diameter, 20cm max width with handles. 9.5cm max height. Very good general condition for its age, some traces of use and time however, small chips, wear of the varnish, relatively discreet and harmonious in the patina of the object, 1 small lack of varnish also in the bottom of the pot, I advise against putting water in it therefore.
