Sven Ellekaer Vintage Teak Modular Shelf

This is a beautiful modular shelving system, model "Excellent," by Sven Ellekaer for Hans Albert Hansen, Vejen, Denmark. Teak on high-quality panel. The shelves are not made of ordinary chipboard, but of high-quality blockboard. The doors and drawers have ornate handles. Contains four compartments and six shelves with matching original brass fittings: Base unit with sliding doors. Base unit with three drawers. Secret desk. Wall unit with sliding doors. Three shelves with cutout for back panel. Three shelves for direct wall mounting. Four wood-clad wall strips with concealed metal rails for shelf supports. The module is 100 cm wide, and the elements, measuring 99.8 cm, fit perfectly within this distance. Dimensions: Width: 99.8 cm Height: 73 cm Depth: 40 cm Condition: Good condition, with signs of age-related wear. All surfaces have been carefully cleaned, finely sanded, and then treated with hard oil. Some superficial scratches may still be present. The woodwork of the wall moldings has some notable imperfections, but these do not affect their functionality.
