This object caught my eye, with its piercing eyes precisely! It is original, unusual, funny, it looks like it came out of a cartoon. And his patina testifies to his busy life. I hunted it not being quite sure of its use, a gentleman who passed by told me that he would be nice with a small planter and some plants, and it is quite true. But I still think that its primary use is that of magazine holders. It is all carved and painted wood. I have no idea how old he is! It is in good structural condition, still very solid, very stable but does not hide many years of use: despite a good cleaning, there are and will remain stains and colorations, many and diverse, scratches, abrasions and missing on the paint. I specify that it is abrasion of the paint, it does not flake, what remains of paint holds firm. It measures 48 cm in length, 16.5 cm in width, 25 cm in height and weighs 1.9 kg.
