Wooden rocking horse, 19th century

Very beautiful rocking horse, early 20th century, ridden from a 19th century merry-go-round horse. In one juice, very robust solid wood, original paint, ancient polychromy visible in places, a burst of paint on the rocker, handles and tail in natural hair added later. Horse size without rocker: 94 X 19 X 62 cm. Functional and extremely decorative, in line with the horses of bayol, the limonaire brothers... Very beautiful object!.
