Chinese umbrella

This traditional chinese umbrella is a very beautiful decorative object, it is as pretty unfolded as folded! The handle is made of wood and bamboo, the umbrella paper is thick and varnished, carefully folded on its chopsticks. The décor invites you to travel, with bamboo leaves, flowers and frieze lanterns, or to daydreaming with two large colorful dragons. In good vintage condition, it still has its cardboard ring to fold it up. Note the pretty delicacy of the interior mechanism. The last photo shows a very thin spacing of the paper at the level of a wand, without gravity. Extended diameter 75 cm - folded length 65 cm.
