Large vintage ceramic vase 35cm - Giulianelli San Marino - 60s

Magnificent large authentic vintage vase in glazed ceramic, "Fat Lava" / "Malto Roccia" style. A large collector's piece (35 cm in height), signed underneath "Ceramica Giulianelli Rep. S. Marino" (Augusto Giulianelli, San Marino), emblematic of 1950s - 1960s design. Features: Height: 35 cm (very beautiful volume, ideal on a sideboard or table) Front: Stylised portrait of a woman, hand-painted with bright colours on a glossy red glazed background "lacquer effect". Back: Decor of stylised flowering branch. Body of the vase: Superb beige/white rocky texture, very elaborately worked in relief (raw Fat Lava). Condition: Excellent overall condition, no cracks or chips (see photos). Firm price (already very low for this size and signature). Ideal for vintage interior decoration, retro, Mid-Century design, modernist, or for collectors of art ceramics (Vallauris style, Accolay).
