Coffee table by Kho Liang Ie

Very elegant coffee table made of Carrara marble, designed by the Sino-Dutch designer Kho Liang Ie in the 1950s and produced by Artifort in the Netherlands. The Carrara marble top with beautiful light grey veins gives this table a touch of luxury. The pure dimensions and the lightness of this table set it apart from others. When backlit, one can see stains from a spilled product, but this is only visible from a certain angle. Otherwise, the table is in good vintage condition.
