Beautiful notary cabinet with a curtain in honey oak, in its original patina (1950s). It features a lovely top with side plinths and opens with a sliding curtain that retracts at the back of the piece, accompanied by a very addictive "shhhh" sound upon opening. The lock and key are original and work perfectly. There is also a very elegant brass keyhole entry that adds a lot of charm. Inside, there are 4 removable shelves (including the bottom) made of thick veneer, providing adjustable spaces (you can simply remove one or two shelves to place files upright, for example). It is still perfectly suited for storing standard documents (and binders). There are minor scratches on the top, signs of wear on the curtain (see photo), as well as a wear mark on the left side. However, nothing that justifies removing the original patina for a refurbishment, in my humble opinion. H: 90 cm. W: 45 cm. D: 42 cm. The price is firm, thank you. Delivery in Île-de-France and ground floor possible for 40 euros.
