Early 20th century painted metal bedside

Beautiful and rare bedside of medical dispensary painted metal from the beginning of the twentieth century. It has a door and a drawer with 1 lower level. His "fake wood" painting and gilded ledé are original. Good general condition; some traces of rust left voluntarily (possibility to apply a matte or shiny metal varnish and repaint its top shelf or leave it "in its juice" for more authenticity).
