Superb patina on this Art Deco sideboard in mahogany and mahogany burl on the side doors. Beautifully proportioned and original in its design, it features two side columns, each closed by a mahogany burl door, which open to reveal a solid wood shelf and ample storage space. In the center, a lower section creates a visually dynamic effect, offering a top, a niche, and three dovetailed drawers (traditional construction). The elegant silver-plated metal handles with gilt accents are a notable feature. The locks function perfectly. The keys are antique but have been replaced. Also noteworthy are the beautiful fluting on the drawer fronts and the fine finish on the door plinths. The sides and back are in excellent condition.
