Regency brass 2-tier bar cart, 1960s

Vintage design. This 1960s vintage regency-style tea cart a brass frame. The brass frame features two levels. The top level features a glass shelf with a bar around the top with a handle to push the cart. The cart is finished with round caster wheels for easy movement. This bar cart is strong.
