Antique gilded floor lamp

Antique floor lamp. White glass globe, adjustable height. One of the wire hooks is broken but doesn't interfere with the lamp. The central stem measures 1.72 meters. The base is very heavy, but it doesn't hold the lamp securely. Made of metal (steel, bronze, or brass I can't guess). However, my dear mother slightly damaged the color while cleaning the base (see photo).
