Carpet by Verner Panton for Unika Vaev, 1960, designer rug in Rya's wool

Iconic rug by verner panton X unika vaev. Authentic rug from the 60s/70s in rya wool. Pop art / space age at its best! The carpet shows signs of wear (see photos). The wool is in some places worn, from afar the effect of the carpet is always the same but up close we can see that this wonder has already lived. On the side of the carpet you can see some wires fraying but nothing very alarming. Average vintage condition, but very acceptable all the same to have such a piece at home.
