Extendable coffee table designed by Johannes Andersen for Uldum Møbelfabrik, Denmark, 1960s.

A beautiful table with unique features, at both ends of the table are storage trays with different functions. On one side a unique dovetailed sliding drawer and on the other a teak veneer top. The drawer has a divider in the middle and an additional insert plate with grey linoleum on one side and teak veneer on the bottom. Made from teak wood, this table has undergone a complete restoration in our workshop. The entire table has been completely sanded down to bare wood, re-oiled with high quality Danish linseed oil and finished with a natural beeswax varnish. The drawer top has been replaced with new eco-friendly linoleum and the bottom veneer has also been sanded, re-oiled and waxed. The table has been completely refinished, although some age related signs of use remain visible in the form of very light marks on the legs and a mark on the top as can be seen in the photos.
