Bring a sunny and organic touch to your interior with this superb 1950s glazed ceramic catchall. This piece, shaped like a leaf, features remarkable scarification work highlighting the natural veins. It is covered in a very fine yellow ochre/mustard glaze with a crackled finish, typical of handmade productions from the Mid-Century period. The reverse bears the incised signature "DOM, " a trademark used by the ceramist Dominique Baudart (notably during his time in Die, after his years in Vallauris at the Vieux Moulin workshop). It is a characterful piece that perfectly illustrates the revival of French ceramics from the 50s-60s. Condition: Excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks. Beautiful glaze shine. Style: Mid-Century / Organic / Vallauris. Dimensions: Length 16 cm|Width 11 cm. Use: Catchall, ring holder, or simply a curiosity on a sideboard.
