Tea table/Side table - Model making - Louis XVI

We are selling a superb two-tiered tea table, with fruitwood “cube marquetry” tops. The top shelf includes two retractable pull-out shelves. The legs are tapered with brass flutes/rings and end in bronze shoes. The base is joined by a tray. A particularly elegant late 19th century louis XVI style piece of furniture with many pretty finishes. A "cube" marquetry reserved for very high quality furniture, in the style of the productions of renowned cabinetmakers such as fidelys schey and jean-françois oeben.
