Knitter Duro Two-Tone Glass Mirror 70s

Beautiful two-tone glass mirror by knitter duro (belgium) from the early 1970s. It is composed of a 61 cm square aluminum frame into which is inserted a gray-blue square mirror on which is glued a 50 cm diameter silver circular mirror. The frame is reinforced by wooden brackets, the top ones of which are drilled to accommodate the wall hooks. This patented mirror is stamped on the back and also has a label with the model, reference and control numbers, as well as another designating the hanging holes. The photos, very difficult to take, do not at all render the colors and beauty of this mirror which is in almost new condition: the glasses are neither discolored nor pitted (aware of the quality of its products, the brand guaranteed them until 1988), the aluminum frame is not stained or rusted, it just has a tiny impact on the edge of the top (see photos). A superb decorative object, particularly rare compared to italian mirrors of the same period and original by the presence of a frame and the color of the blue-gray mirror and not smoked.
