Elegant wrought iron lamp base, black patina, resting on a quadripod base with large scrolls. The rectangular shaft is punctuated by a slightly curved circular ring, providing a subtle contrast to the geometric rigor of the whole. This work, sober and refined, is in the spirit of the creations of Jean-Pierre Ryckaert and the French ironwork of the 1950s-60s, a period when both solidity and clean lines were sought.
