Glass and bronze dining table by Peter Ghyczy, Germany 1970's

Large t14 glass dining table with four bronze legs. Marked by ghyczy design. There is a small chip fromt the corner of the glass, but this is hidden in the leg, so not visible when assembled. Architect and designer peter ghyczy, born in hungary in 1940, graduated at the technical university of aachen. His most successful design was the garden egg chair in 1968 for reuter. The chair became an icon in the nineties. Reuter also produced ghyczy’s easy chair and gn2 lounge chair.
