The uncommon of artemisia cina, "semen contra" comes from the latin "semen against vermes" or "seed against worms". The flower of this plant contains santonine, an effective dewormer. Large jar / bottle / pharmacy bottle of the xlxth century in blown glass, thick, blue, closed by a painted sheet metal lid of color "faux-bois marbré". Paris porcelain label (with fine gold borders) glued to gum arabic with inscription "covered semen-contract", neck diameter 4.5 cm, base diameter 8 cm, height 19 cm. The mark of the pontil and the presence of bubbles attest to its age. In its juice, in perfect condition.
