Trio of vintage flat plates in iron, decorated with a splendid floral motif representing blackberries, accompanied by a perimeter delicately decorated with fruity motifs. Stamped with: "longchamps – terre de fer". The history of this earthenware factory dates back to 1830 when claude phal-matiron founded a tile factory in longchamp, benefiting from the proximity of the surrounding forests providing wood and clay marshes transformed into quarries. Three years later, this tile factory was transformed into a prestigious earthenware factory. Long dedicated to the manufacture of earthenware, this earthenware factory continued to prosper under the direction of its successive owners and became one of the pioneers of the french ceramic industry. These plates will be perfect for all occasions, from the most special to the simplest, and will promise to delight your eyes and taste buds during your appetizing moments.
