4-patère wall coat door, made of bamboo-turned wood

Wall coat holder all solid wood turned with pretty rounded shapes and dark circles (colored by burn perhaps  ) for a design that mimics the look of bamboo. The mushroom shape of the patères is particularly harmonious. It must date back to the 1950s or maybe before. It is still solid, but does not hide its age: some old spin holes that I treated by injection of white vinegar, marks, spots and shards. And a crack on one of the pads, but it remains solid, the head does not move. On the pads, the varnish was completely peeling: I sanded them slightly and then I passed a very thin layer of varnish satin appearance (light oak color) to protect them from the humidity of a wet coat, while avoiding the shiny side that would harm its pretty patina. It is equipped with its two original, metal hooks, a little deformed and oxidized but still solid. It measures 47 cm long, 5.4 cm wide, and 13.5 cm deep mushrooms included, the maximum thickness of the board is 3 cm. This coat rack weighs 575g.
