The 'Relax' sofa set is a set of three pieces designed by Marco Zanuso (1916-2001) for Poltronova in the 1970s. Made of leather, wood, and metal, the set features ashtrays on the arms. The coach measures 82 cm in height, 122 cm in length, and 70 cm in depth. The armchair measures 80 cm in height, 65 cm in length, and 70 cm in depth. The set is in good condition. Marco Zanuso was an Italian architect, designer, and urban planner, considered one of the founding fathers of Italian industrial design. He contributed to the post-war debate on the 'modern movement' in architecture and design and was one of the first to focus on the industrialization of products and the use of new materials and technologies in everyday objects. His works have received numerous awards and are exhibited in major museums.
