Art Deco folding pouf, Germany, 1970s

This pouf was made in Germany in the 1970s. It is distinguished by its high-quality craftsmanship. Its spacious, Art Deco-inspired design is very comfortable. Its frame is made of chromed metal, with a wooden seat and soft fabric upholstery. The pouf features a folding mechanism that, when unfolded, forms a ladder (see photo). Condition: Good to very good, with a patina, minor abrasions, and scratches. It has been refreshed; the chrome trim has been lightly polished, and the upholstery has been cleaned.
