Pair of antique oak wood ball bookends

Pair of solid oak ball bookends dating from the 1950s. They are in an elegant caramel colour with beautiful grain. The backs taper upwards, giving them a subtle gothic look. Classic design pieces to adorn a shelf or bookcase, they also look great on their own as a decorative item. Height: 18cm. Width: 14.5cm. Depth: 10cm. Condition: good vintage condition with some signs of wear and patina commensurate with age. Please note that they both have a crack in the ball as seen in the photos, however they are structurally sound.
