Small restored vintage desk

Small Gradiam oak desk restored Several stages of restoration were necessary to restore this desk to new: - Complete disassembly to strip, lighten and sand each piece - Repair of the curtain, stripping and sanding the slats one by one, then regluing on a new canvas - Restoration of the box with installation of seven sliding shelves equipped with a heel to hold the documents - Overhaul of the lock and cleaning of the manufacturer's plate (Gradiam company) - Gluing of missing oak pieces - Application of a two-coat varnish with sanding This small desk was made in France in the 1950s, despite careful restoration it still has some traces of time, including a dark stain on the top (see photos). Dimensions: height 69 cm - depth 45 cm - length 91 cm / 119 cm Width and height of the leg passage: 44 cm and 63 cm. Weight: 21 kilos.
