Vintage ceramic lamp signed & hand-painted silk shade 70s

Vintage table lamp (Mid-Century period / 1960s-1970s). It is a true piece of craftsmanship, ideal for a bohemian chic, vintage, or Wabi-Sabi style decor. The set consists of two signed art elements: *The Ceramic Base (signed on the reverse): Made of stoneware/glazed ceramic in the shape of a flattened gourd. Beautiful glazing work with a subtle gradient from celadon green/mottled grey to a base with old rose/purplish hues. Artist's monogram engraved under the base (in the style of the art workshops of Vallauris or the Cloutier Brothers). *The Original Shade (signed): Rarely, the lamp has retained its period silk shade, hand-painted. Unique abstract/vegetal decor in ochre, gold yellow, and sienna tones. It is hand-signed "Cl. Dom" at the base. When lit, the light is soft, very warm, and highlights the silk's veining. Dimensions: * Total height (with shade): 47 cm. * Height of the base alone: 26 cm. * Maximum diameter of the base: 24 cm. Very good overall vintage condition. The ceramic has no chips or cracks. The silk shade is very well preserved (no tears). The electrical components are original and work perfectly.
