SCHOOL DESK BAUMANN

A must-have from the Baumann Manufacture: the beech wood desk with its famous curved wood lines. Working, drawing... And storing your belongings in the locker under the top becomes child's play! Two wedges on the inner side of the desk allow it to transform into a flat desk! A vintage nod: the original porcelain inkwell! This desk from the 50s-60s has been completely renovated: meticulous sanding of the old varnish, restoration of the top (children are artists!). The desk is dressed in a lovely linen white for its top, highlighting the raw wood. The inside of the locker features the same shade for the walls and is covered in green faux leather for its base as well as the inner side of the top. Here it is, ready for a new life! The whole piece is varnished for better protection. NB: this item is an old piece, lovingly restored by hand! It naturally shows signs of time and its history. This is precisely what gives it charm and a unique character. No issues to report!.
