Oil on panel representing a corner of the port of marseille seen by the painter victor blom in 1957. In a natural oak setting. Blom, victor (herman victor) (first half of the 20th century) painter of views of cities and landscapes. Active in brussels. Exhibited at the "ghent salon" in 1933 ("the yser in nieuwpoort"), and at the <<47th salon" of the "kunst en kennis" circle in ghent in 1946.
