Tripod stool in oak and straw by Audoux and Minet from the 50s. A timeless piece of character with a beautiful original patina. In perfect condition. This solid oak stool, topped with a seat in woven raffia/rattan, is attributed to the famous duo of French design from the 50s-60s: Adrien Audoux and Frida Minnet. (original spelling) A work where the material speaks for itself: simple lines, warm wood, and this traditional weaving that withstands the test of time without aging. At the crossroads of rustic and modernism, with a lovely contrast between the rope and the wooden base, it easily finds its place: at the end of a sofa, as a footrest, or just there, sitting as a nod to a time when things were made to last. Very elegant with its tripod base in oak. A discreet yet just presence. A piece that is becoming rare in this very good overall condition, with no defects to report. Dimensions: Height: 37 cm. Diameter: 30 cm. Additional information and photos available upon request. Collection: To be picked up on site in Draveil (91), 18 km from Notre-Dame de Paris or in Saint-Ouen (93400). Delivery: Possible in Paris and Île-de-France for an additional fee. Shipping throughout France at the buyer's expense via a carrier (economical solutions available such as Cocolis).
