Colonial armchair from the Comptoir Français in Brazzaville

Colonial armchair in wood and cane from Comptoir Français in Brazzaville, in the style of Pierre Jeanneret's work. 1950 Materials: Wooden structure. Seat and back in rattan cane. Dimensions: Total width 64 cm, Total depth: 87 cm, Seat width: 53 cm, Seat depth: 55 cm, Total height: 85 cm, Seat height: 31.5 cm Condition: Good general condition. Cane in good condition and solid. Less than 5 broken strands on either the back or the seat, i.e. a condition close to new. Note a difference in color between the cane of the back and the seat which had to be renovated after the fact and a crack in the wood (see Photos)
