This glazed stoneware pitcher, with its superb relief of red poppies, is an ode to nature and local craftsmanship. Each flower was hand-carved and then carefully painted before firing, giving the whole piece a vibrant and lively relief. The interior is glazed in a magnificent turquoise green, which contrasts elegantly with the almond green exterior.
