Box padded with old fabric

The box is in very good condition, no gaps, no tears in the fabric. The fabric hinge is in perfect condition. The box is made of a rather hard cardboard base, covered with fairly textured printed fabric padding. The interior and bottom of the box are lined with paper, the interior being thicker and more opulent, and which even has moiré reflections. The paper which is the finish on the bottom of the box is slightly marked, it has been worn by friction, especially on the edges. Very pretty colorful range of fabric with pink and yellow floral patterns on a very beautiful, slightly muted pine green. French artisanal manufacturing from the first half of the 20th century.
