Bronze plaque Béranger after David d'Angers antique

Hello, I am selling the superb bronze plaque shown in the attachment. It is a representation of the musician/songwriter Pierre Jean de Béranger (1780-1857), after a work by the sculptor David d'Angers (1788-1856). The plaque measures approximately 24.5cm in height and 10.5cm in width, produced at the end of the 19th / beginning of the 20th century. It is in good general condition, traces of use and scratches, inscription "I have flattered only misfortune".
