Vintage Niels Jorgen Haugesen String chairs for Tranekaer, Denmark 1980s

Set of 4 vintage dining chairs by Niels Jørgen Haugesen. Niels jørgen haugesen. These chairs have a black lacquered beech structure. Padded seats covered in leather. The minimalist and modernist frame is complemented by an angular detail at the seat and armrest. The backrest support is made of interwoven nylon cords which actually provides comfortable support. Produced in the 1980s, the chairs are in good condition with only a few marks on the frame. They also have the original manufacturer's mark under the seat. Seat height: 43cm.
